Broken seat bolts 1962 Chrysler Newport

I recently broke 3 of the studs on my seat and was wondering if anyone could help me with how to install new bolts or how to remove the bottom bracket where the studs go through

I don't know exactly what they are on the '62 but slightly earlier cars 57-59 used carriage bolts.

Broke one of mine during restoration. I just hammered the remaining bolt out of the bracket and tacked a carriage bolt into the slot with a couple small welds. cant even tell the difference after painting

Power seat and yeah I should’ve it’s my first restoration

A few other things that I do after penetrant and wire brushing is to thread a new nut on slowly and back off slowly to clean threads. Then remove old nut. Sometimes I will use a small propane torch to apply a (little) heat.
Use NO power or air tools for seat bolts.
Work it forward and reverse slowly.
