Hi everyone,

I'm Xavier, I always have been interested in US classic cars.
I owned a lot and i have many friends here that own classic cars.

I had a 1970 Plymouth fury wagon.

I still own a 1971 Dodge polara wagon.

I bouth this 1969 Imperial in Canada some years ago. It is one of the most beautiful car for me. It took me several years to find it.

I like all the details that makes 69 imperial so special.
There is not much to do on this car, she is in very good shape. I will change the carpet soon and do some paint job.
A friend made some detailing of the paint too..

I realized my last dream some month ago : I found an affordable 1970 chrysler 300 Hurst !

To answer some question : not all the Hurst have the A12 code. Mine has not. Before N°200000 there is not A12 code. But the 300 club referenced a lot of the 300 Hurst by VIN. My VIN was in the listing, and I asked Karl Pippart.

The car is in average shape. Front is good and back in rough.
I already replaced the carpet by new one.

The first time I saw it ( just after shipping for US ):

The rear seats need restoration too.

The very bad thing on the car is the trunk. Everything is rotten.
i already asked people for a trunk floof and a frame. But if you guys knows or have a donor car, I could be interessted.
water came on the trunk floor and in the frame under it.
i am wondering if it is best to cut the rusted frame part and to rebuild it or to change evreything buy another one...

Welcome to the board Xavier! Very nice Imperial! I love the polished black paint, looks awesome!

Welcome to the site from the Motor City!

:welcome:.........No A12? On the tag or the broadcast sheet? Or Both?

Pictures of your 71 Polara wagon please

Bienvenue a bord Xavier!

Love your Imperial. Looks like we have common and opposite interests. Your a Frenchman with a Mopar. And I'm American with a Citroen SM.... And Mopars.

Let's see the collection! And....... Welcome!

Belive it or not, I am a great fan of citroens.
I never had a SM because here these cars are really really expensive ( in good shape ) and very hard to repair. Hydraulic citroens are car that demande a very picky maintenance. ( and I prefer to have a classic US :) )
I collected the SM little sister, the " CX " that is much affordable ( even if prices rise now ) and more " popular " that the SM. I had 6 of them, and a friend had 13 and 1 SM.

Here some pics of my polara wagon.
unfortunately it has no title :(

It 's been near 10 years I have it. I hoped to find another on for parts to get a title ( because here it is impossible... ) but it seems tha polara wagon are rare in US too, i nver found another one ( but i can only search online of course ).

the Hurst :

Yes, no A12 code on the tag. on the build sheet I have the special order, but no A12 specially mentioned. There is a A12 but I do not belive that this is the same thing.
All other thing matches.
In 2004 the 300 club edited a registry on the last known 300 hurst :

And mine is in there. :)

the build sheet too :
