I'd like a thread where people who actually use their C's as "real cars" take pics and tell tales. I know there are a few besides me.

Took a half-day off work so I could buy another vehicle (separate thread). Owner needs to go home and get his title. I figured I'd kill an hour and get lunch.

I call this photo "Park at Burger King, walk to Hardee's. Save Mound Road turnaround and get cardio benefits." (sign over my right A-post)

Granted the turnaround thing is for us Michiganders (and truly I prefer them) but since BK sucks, the mileage savings is just a fringe benefit.

Few of us can say that.

Edit: I meant dentures that aren't our own.

All I occasionally grab is a pair of dents when I'm out with my old cars.

I'm now inspired to take a chill-out cruise w/4 windows down this evening.
    Thanks.
Probably will end up here, as required. :)

These rims have an interesting paint scheme, but your parking skills suck. :)

Love that Monaco. Sadly no c-body that is drive-able here. Soon.

LOL of course that mooring job was only for the pictures...I am a seasoned captain :p

And as to the wheels, I cant stand them. I have cop car wheels or road wheels at the ready (just need tires). Have not decided which ones I will go with yet.

Love to hear the tale of this acquisition of yours someday...whether here are in a different thread ...wherever appropriate. Like Zac's Newport...I'm drawn strongly towards this beauty this model.

I really despise C bodies that sit very low, all the suspension geometry is messed up and undue pressure placed on all the bushings that go with it. Personally, I like best cars that sit just a little higher than stock, especially in the rear.

It seems you have pushed the limit going substantially higher than stock. I was just wondering why - i.e. what benefit do you receive or do you just like the lifted look?

Just an honest question, not a criticism.

Mine hasn't been licensed or insured for over the last 3+ years, and would love to take it out. Shit like that happens when you have a homeless problem that becomes more of a priority in life. Hopefully in the next year, hopefully sooner but doubtful.

I painted some bean bag tables last week for some company teamwork deal. I didn't want em rattling around & scratched in the bed of my work truck so I threw one in the trunk and one in the back seat of jumbo and hi ho off to work we go. Dropped em off everybody's happy and I even took the guys to lunch. It's a rare rare time when we all fit in one car. I don't drive my truck once it gets home cause I live in it all day. The store the donut shop the movies running errands or whatever jumbo fills the bill. Door dings come with the territory gotta love a cheap paint job...
