Just curious, I tried to fire up my 69 Fury before installing the dash or steering column. It appears to be dead. The ignition is still hooked up and the engine bay is also complete. Thoughts?
You need 12 volt power to the ignition side of the ballast resistor (jumper wire) and power to the starter relay, jump across the starter relay and it should crank and start.
