Cruise control delete

My 73 Newport is missing the cruise control, likely removed by PO. I have no need or desire to replace it, but it was linking the speedo cables, and I do want the speedo to work. Does anyone make an adapter or a longer replacement cable? And what length would I need? Thanks in advance.

Just order a normal speedo cable for your car without cruise.
Very common and typically available.
80 inches if I can remember correctly
