what is the best stuff to maintain your dash pad mine on my 68 imp is starting to show some really small cracks

Personally relative to vinyl (not leather though) I have found 3M products to be most effective and it goes without saying that keeping your dash out of direct sunlight helps the most. Here is one of their latest products that I like:

It has Scotchguard to help protect against ultraviolet light effects and other ingredients that give life and luster to the vinyl.
