I had some time and removed the dashboard in order to clean things up
The harness is in rough shape under the hood n better in the cabin but still in need of serious attention
The headlight switch wiring was almost non existent and wired incorrectly
The ignition switch fell to pieces upon my touching it:rolleyes:
I hope that I can repair or replace it with a oem appearing
Switch assembly

I'll post more as I go through the assembly itself

The one shot is after the dash was removed
There is some major surface rust happening here so it's good thing I am rescuing this beast:p

BTW...

The steering column was pretty straight forward to remove.
It has a normal rag joint.
The challenge was the shift linkage and the clutch rod.
The bushings are beat pretty badly for all joints.
Lucky thing i have a full machine shope available to me:D
