Diecast handle pitting, '69 fury.

Hi everyone, any suggestions to arrest some minor pitting on my '69 Phoenix (AKA Fury 3) sedan door handles. Alternatively are they available in the US as spare parts? any help is appreciated,

They should be the same part as used on A, B and C-bodies from 1967 - '73; you would need to specify right or left side. I pulled this image from carid.com:

Sometimes you have to swap you existing push button and linkage over to the replacement door handles especially for the rear doors.

Not sure about that ... The parts manual for '70 and '71 cars show a different part number for each car line and year.

I've been told '72-93 Dodge pickup door handles will fit all you need to do is reuse your mechanisms

Polish/buff them and then keep them waxed.
