I need to slightly move the bottom of the drivers door inward on my 1970 300 convertible about an 8th of an inch as it is slightly out from the fender and rocker.
Can I make this adjustment without having to pull the front fender?

Yes. Loosen the bolts on lower hinge that go into the door. Push in to where you want it and tighten bolts. 5 minute job.

ONE thing you have to be careful with in bringing the bottom inward is that doing so will rotate the door (on the upper hinge mount) outward at the top, which would affect upper window sealing along the roof rail weatherstrip. Just something to be aware of. Moving ONE thing can lead to other things which THEN need attention.

Just a thought,

Absolutely; I’ve found that you have to tweak these things a very little bit at a time and creep up on them
