I think the dish surrounding the wing nut is too small for the "pie tin" so if your car isn't supposed to have one that's probably your spark arrester.
 
After re-read I think it is the correct one.

1968 383 and 440 dual snorkel for Dodge and Plymouth B and C-bodies. Note oval snorkels but small center cone. Will not accept pie-tins. Chryslers with the TNT and 383 HP engine option seem to use different air cleaner with longer snorkels and can take a pie tin.

Anyway i find this in an Fb page her in Sweden for Mopar owners, and i couldent resist bying it. Its better than the ugly chromed thing i have now.

I would make sure the bottom lid has the small hole for an AFB. If not, In case you didn't know, MY 66 Dodge polara two barrel carb for the 383 engine uses the same bottom lid as my 67' 440 GTX. Just a heads up.

Good to know. I've got a few air cleaners laying around at the garage.
