Electric window disconnect?

Does anyone know how this disconnects? I dont want to break anything...

Pull the switch out of the clip from the other side. A plastic pry bar may help.

Now you'll see how it separates from the switch. Carefully pry it off the switch and feed it back through the panel.

When assembling, note "top" on the switch.

Pop the switch out from the other side...gently pry.

Once out, you'll see that white connector is flat with 5 (I think) round hope that the small pins in the switch pop into.
