Email Notifications

Since the new server came online I've had my email inbox flooded with email notifications every time someone posts on a thread I've viewed. I've gone into preferences and un-ticked the email box to no avail. Can anyone suggest how to spare myself this annoyance? I'd prefer not to spam everything from this board. Thanks.

Done. I'll let you know if I have any further issues. FYI the manage watched threads popup as depicted above does not show for me unless I first go to the bottom of the page and click on "show all watched threads" in a blue tool bar. Im running Windows 10 on a laptop. It took some searching and trial and error to find it. Also shouldn't disabling the emails work out of preferences? This is not intended as a complaint just as feedback. Thanks for your help.
