I can't seem to find my fender tag decoder book. If someone here could decode this, I would appreciate it:

Yeah... the tag is a little dirty and hard to read in places. However, I have no idea how to enter the tag info into that table provided on the website. There are more sections in that table than are on the fender tag!

Start at the bottom and work up line by line, try to line up the spaces/numbers as they appear on the tag. If you have empty boxes at the top they are no concern as your car has 'x' amount of options.

That decoder is for a 1969 and newer. Won’t work on a 68 imperial 2 door with a 2.94 suregrip

My best guess using 1967-1968 Mopar Fender Tag Decoder, Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth and guessing at a couple of the difficult to read codes. Had to have something for the Y and Z codes so I picked codes that showed Unknown. Another note, often dealers would code an order as a "u1 Sold Car" to get their inventory quicker. Some were truly customer orders though.
