FINALLY road worthy!

Bought this car in 03 with 88,xxx on her. The day after thanksgiving 2007 I started dismantling for the resto with 101,xxx miles . Same story bought a house, got hitched, had a kid, then like a glutton for punishment I started an A body resto 4 years ago. By the grace of god both projects are rounding 3rd headed for home this summer. I apologize to the purists, although I tried to stay all original I had to do a few things to make her my own. For instance I think the 68 wheel covers work better on the triple black car. Also I used stainless fasteners everywhere. Simply because this will be the last car I ever drive(good lord willing), and I don't want rusted seized up bolts in 30 years. Evidently imperial owners could get a placard with their name on it. Anyway here she is.

When I first got the car (23 yrs old) I just stuffed that little placard in the glove box. Now the more time I spend on her the more I appreciate its history. I'm actually trying to reach her son to see if he has any old pics and if he is interested, show him some of mine. Maybe I'm getting too deep, huh?
