440 sources stroker kit with light weight crankshaft upgrade. 10.5/1 compression , all ARP studs and bolts. Trick Flow heads which flow benched over 300 CFM. Roller rockers 1:6, lunati Voodoo cam . Specs, 273/279 lift 618/620( with the help of the roller rockers) with a LSA of 110/106. TTI long tube headers along with Mopar M1 single plane manifold and a Holley 770. Plans to either upgrade the carb to a 1050 or possible efi setup not sure. Right now I'm having excess blow by through the breathers and will be checking compression later today. Hoping its not any of the rings but if it is, I'll be upping the camshaft for more lift in the range of .700 or so. Trans is a 727 upgraded to a 24 spline and shift kit followed by a Deroit 3:91 rear;)

I have neighbors complaining about me starting up my Scat Pack at 7:30 am waking up their kids but yet don't say anything about their husbands Ford diesel/ turbo truck starting up at 5:00 am. Or their kids outside screaming and yelling until 11 pm.

Will it be primarily a drag car? I am at the start of a similar build but I think the outcome will be different as I want a street cruiser stroker. I will be using the 440 Source stroker package also on my 440 but keep the highway rear ratio of 3.23.
Congrats on your build and I hope your blow by is easily solved.

Nope, just wanted a Boulevard Cruiser that my boy and I can raise a little help with. My son who's age 11 has helped build the entire thing as much as he could reach a pair or strength to bolt it on lol. I will probably run it at the track once or twice to just get a ideal of what she runs. I've built it with the mind set I could upgraded at anytime without having to change tons of parts. My rocker system, valve springs and lifter along with pushrods cpuld easily handle .700 plus lift. The stall is a little higher than my camshaft in there now but will handle anything from 3500 in such. The heads flow benched 300 plus so if I wanted to upgrade the intake I could and the long tube headers will help remove that gas. The transmission is set up to handle probably mid 800 HP but wont see that with drive train and I live in CO and altitude hurts the ponies as well. So in the past I would buy parts to make myself feel happy inside only to have to replace them becuase I wanted to change something to make more power. Ive been working on this since sept of last year with my best friend Jim and my boy. A lot of OT and I'm finally somewhat done;) long story short, really figure out what the end game is and buy those parts even if some are over kill and not being used for their full potentials, so when the time comes and you want more HP/TQ then you wont have to change much;)

Looks and sounds like a real bruiser!!! Nice job. You going to cut a hole in your hood or use a lower air cleaner? I like the front end a bit lower but what ever floats your boat. Up higher looks like it's ready to plant the rear meats at a moments notice which is a cool look too.
Good advice on using parts that are loafing at their job than lesser parts working their ass off.
