I just found out that on "older units", the one with one 6-pin connector, the connection can melt and leave you stranded. FiTech has not put out a recall but you can send in you unit and they fix it. The update is to put the fuelpump and main powerwire through a 2 pin connector and the smaller wires through a separate 4-pin.
I thought thats useful info that should be shared. I wont send mine back for that but change my connectors by myself. Too much hassle to take it back off and send it in for that. And the connectors are somewha $15
