Looks to be a nice price for what you get.
1947 Plymouth Special Deluxe four door

This is a 70 year old original car with 55,000 miles on it. New Paint (4yrs ago), New Interior (3 yrs ago). Was running until wiring harness was removed for replacement (all wires tagged) being sold due to health reasons (Car is in Great shape with all parts needed to be fully operational) It has never had any body damage and from twenty feet it looks almost new. It has been in storage for ten or twenty years covered in a barn. New upholstery on seats and door panels, new paint and new radiator. I bought it five years ago in running condition and began further restoration including repair and restoration of the head light and parking light buckets consisting of sandblasting everything down to bare steel including adjacent fender and front body steel which was under trim and not repainted, priming and painting two finish coats. The original radio has been rebuilt as it was when new, six volt, vacuum tubes, AM only. Speaker is new and correct and antenna is new.

After market dual exhaust, weird chromed finished headlights, ad does not say is the car has factory running gear. If the running gear is intact and the color is correct, this car is worth the asking price. As with anything that has spent a lot of time sitting, it will probably need fresh brake hydraulics.

original car ---except for the restoration work.

Seems likely that it would be original flat head and tranny since ad lists six and manual. Most people that replace running gear in P-15s always seem to wanna drop a damned SBC in them, though I have seen at least one with a 318.
