Hi all,

ive posted a few times already but thought id offically post my ride.

1966 Plymouth Fury VIP with a 383. Needs Some TLC but nearly there, finding it hard/expensive to find parts i need. Will hopefully be on the road for summer (our summer!)

Will take some more/better pictures when i finish a few things and give her a wash!

Nice! Really nice! You buff out the paint and polish it and it'll look spectacular.
We share everything in cars except the tail and grill. I have a Fury and every
other year I change grills ( 65 to 66 and vise versa ) just to throw the
spectators into an argument about the year of car.

Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Nice car!

Thanks!

to tell the truth, that isnt my dog!

The pictures make the paint look 10x better than in person, i was suspect at first as it looks like a backyard paint job (noticeable runs in a few areas) but the old magnet stuck everywhere. A weekend wet sand cut and polish and it should come up pretty nice.

as for the history, its a bit unknown. I purchased it off a friend who only had it for a few months, needed the room and money so i was able to purchase it off him for what he paid. He originally bought it off a friend of his who imported it from the US (i even have the original California plates!) before it came to australia is all an unknown. its completely stock standard from what ive been able to tell.

was able to find another picture, just waiting for some of the interior to get re-trimmed and to fix up a power steering leak and hopefully it will be on the road!
