Gas Tank throat hoses replacement

On a 1965 Sport Fury convertible. Is there an easy way to change the Gas Tank throat hoses. I believe there are two. The immediate throat and one more a little down the line before tank. Or will this involve removing gas tank?

The rubber hose sections, themselves, can probably be sourced from NAPA or similar. Just get FUEL-rated hoses rather than a rubber hose spec'd for radiators/coolant. They might look the same, but the rubber compound is different.

Not sure about installation. Check out the parts book section at www.jholst.net to see what's involved (parts illustration for the "sedan" fuel tank items). That's basically a Chrysler 300 letter series-oriented website, but lots of normal Chrysler product stuff (parts books) in there, too. All 1965 and back to 1955.
