I have been able to decode the majority of my build sheet, and I knew this was a highly optioned car but wow it is almost an imperial in a Newport's body!
Can any of you help me fill in the codes with question marks next to them? Thanks ahead of time!

What is the difference between standard and dual horns?
What is a front seat shield?
What are deluxe wheel covers?
Are any of these options rare?

I found on the internet that W-93 could be road wheels with trim ring. Wonder what ever happened to them? After 25 years in a garage it just had normal Chrysler dish hubcaps and wheels when it came out. Maybe i'm wrong though the sheet has a spot in the "W" section that says road wheels and it has 93 as the code.
