The power driver seat was an option in '65. It should be listed on the vehicle build sheet with the appropriate build code if it is original.

thank you Dave , wow I decoded the plate I did not see power seat I will do a better job decoding I do have 330 hp 383 4 speed so let me look again

The fender tag may not list power seat, as typically (and I could be wrong here), it only lists options where additional holes are required in the body. I think....
