How to delete conversations limit is reached

Good evening,

I am wondering how to delete conversations, since I have reached a limit of 15? I tried starting a private conversation and I keep getting a limit of 15 has been reached.

I am not able to contact anyone by starting a conversation??? I would appreciate any help someone can offer!
