How to remove left A/C outlet '68 Newport

Hi all!

I'm working on the dashboard of my '68 Newport. I'm trying to remove the LH A/C outlet to replace it with one in way better condition, but I can't aeem to reach the two nuts in the back. Does anyone have a little trick how to remove it when the dash is still in the car?

Unfortunately they are correct. I had to do both sides.

You might be able to get to them if you pull the instrument cluster, but I'm not 100% sure about this.
