Not only did I receive my grandfather’s auto mechanics license but now I received this.
It's a tribute sign of my grandpa’s auto service sign!
It’s a recreation of the original store front signage.
It was created by my brother that was a professional sign painter back in the early 80’s using an original metal advertising sign for an auto shop.
It’s mostly hand painted with silk screening.
The actual Vic’s Auto Service lettering appears to be vinyl as it’s too crisp to be hand painted.
The sign itself is an early 70’s vintage.
I’m pretty stoked about this as you would expect!
