Yes, but with freezing rain, half are stuck in traffic and the other half are in the ditch. Funny thing is most of the ditch dwellers are 4x4 SUV's.

Works the same way south of the 49th, "I've got a 4 wheel drive, I don't need to go as slow as them". So I wave as I putz on past them.
