I have been meaning to stop by at this museum and finally did so yesterday. This collection started out as a personal collection and once it got too big he donated it to the town of Headingly Manitoba, just on the west side of Winnipeg. At the time it was valued at over a million dollars and as of today it is operated by a board and the collection continues to grow. They don’t have many vehicles in there but do cycle different ones in and out.
I can tell you I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it. Interesting fact is that Manitoba had a Trump Oil here at one time. Enjoy the pics.

What an awesome collection. Thanks for sharing the pics. I find myself out your way, I'm making this a must see. Really diggin that 34 Harley.

I was in the local Scouts organization with a Ross Metcalfe back in the late 70's.
I wonder it's the same guy?

The fellow who started this was Jim Pearn. I remember my dad stopping at his house one day to look at his cars. He had a three car garage with three vintage cars in it. That was probably in the mid 60’s. He was very accommodating and let us look at the cars. There are several large private collectors around the city and I believe most of them are friends.

Yes because remember all those poor Libs that said they would leave USA and move to Canada if he won??
Yes I remember, wonder how many actually came. By the way if they are coming they should just walk across the border apparently we welcome them that way and give them everything they need and more.
