JJ's 69 300 Restoration

Kinda like the window vent thing. I don't have them....ma mopar, endless possibilities

I plan to make it look the the pic from a 1969 add. Red with white interior. Always what I wanted. Will ad a console. I will keep it correct, just different color...if that makes sense..
Will you replace the interior or try dying it to white.

Seats are getting new covers and foam. Got it ordered already from legendary, 3 month lead time. The plastic stuff, and the door panels will get dyed/painted. Sems or Herb's both have the paint

Off to the paint/body shop...

Looks really great, i like the progress , reminds me of my own rebuild i just finished! Keep us updated

Ok, end of year update.
Been working the quarter panels. Both had prior damage, so you know, gotta undo what the last guy did, and make it "right" in your eyes...lol

Updates! Got my seats back from the Trim shop. They look great!! Sorry about the lighting on the buckets. They are the same color.

As a side note, Foam inserts 1840-ST68 really don't fit. Trim shop was able to use the bottom pads, but added length and width. The back pads he didn't use. Made his own....so, just a FYI
UPDATE!!! Upon further review, and checking numbers that are molded into the foams, it seems as though I had "A" body seat foams. Right part number on box, wrong parts in box ... I gave them to my trim shop, they made them work, the bottoms anyway, So, I am retracting the statement that 1840-ST68 do not work. They may, I just don't know.....

Couple of updates... Tried my hand at restoring my instrument cluster, using paint pens, still need a little clean up, but much better than what they were. Also, got some paint in the trunk!!! Starting to trim it out. Lighting makes it look copper color, but I assure you in person, it is R-6 Crimson.

As I am adding a console, I had to come up with a block off plate for the column shift indicator...
