Random, just never got around to creating a specific thread.

Local bar known for EXCELLENT pizza. Weird red lights are background glare. Subject: 1972 Fury

In my grandfather's yard. I have no idea how/why or what... if it was a styling clay I don't imagine it would last past the first rainstorm. He had this for years, but it was gone by the time I was old enough to ask.

I see two different flower arrangements, but everything is dated August '71. He worked in a stamping plant, not as a stylist?!?

I had a strong sense of deja vu when I took this. Basically I was recharging the A/C for my 80+ y/o buddy. Where I grew up, everybody worked for one of the D3 and evenings were often spent in various garages as my grandfather's sidekick fixing (or getting fixed) somebody's car, lawn mower, bicycle, TV set, etc. Everybody had some kind of specialty. The scenes looked just like this. (his garage, my gauges)

On days when nothing was broken, we played cards.

It literally feels like a different existence now... except for the rare flashbacks like this.

In case you think I have no palette, I only eat from their stir fry grill and skip all the trough food.

I strongly identify with their feelings on food waste.

Third from last photo is a security camera image titled "Food Theif!"

The last photo is depicts their Christmas decorations.

My photos of Detroit-cool are more authentic than any hipster flying in for summer break.

And amongst all this... Local, politically slanted folk art. Last one was a t-shirt sold in the truck plant. I only got the art from a friend, he didn't get me a damn T shirt.

No, butterfly as in how they matched up two thin slices of wood in a "mirror image". I see the same swimsuit, but more low cut, lol.
