lead for body work

Has anyone used lead to fill some small rust holes. I have seen a kit in the Eastwood catalog and thought it would be a better alternative to Bondo. Any thoughts?:sFl_america2:

lead is no more for filling in rust holes than bondo is.

I got that kit from Eastwood to lead in the B pillar seams on a 71 E body. It's a great kit but NOT for rust holes. The ONLY way to properly repair rust holes is to cut out all the rusted metal and weld in new metal. There just is no other way period.
