Just a suggestion here
I myself have many, plates, frames and badges. When I go to swap meets I've noticed they are the most asked about parts. I really don't like to sell them outright ,but would trade for what I need for my cars. It would nice to have a section dedicated to the buy, sell, trade of vintage Chrysler plates and frames from all states and countries. Here is a FEW random pics of what I have.

Do you also have other makes in particular Pontiac in your stash?
I found my correct one on ebay recently but am still looking for a matching 2nd one

Oh man, I got a lot of cool car stuff. You would want me to go take some pics? Get some popcorn while it warms up next week!

Fayette County, KY this is the original plate from my friends original 65 Dart Charger factory 273 Hi-Po, factory Crager car. He gave it to me just before he passed

Here is the original CA plate from my Fury and yes, they never took a sticker off before putting the new sticker on. It's obvious there are 28 stickers under the 99 sticker . This was the plate that was originally assigned to the car when it was purchased new with the Blythe, CA Ellison Chry/Ply dealer frame. The second plate is the plate I registered to my Fury when I registered it in PA.

It’s always interesting checking out the original dealer ads from the newspapers especially because there’s so many typos or other wrong info listed.

For instance in the ad above that Plymouth Superbird VIN is incorrect. ALL superbirds were built at Lynch Rd before being shipped over to the Clairpointe facility for final assembly.
The code for Lynch Rd is “A” and every superbird on the paperwork Chrysler used to document the total for NASCAR rules will have an “A” in the 7th digit place of the VIN.
The bird in the ad has “E” in the 7th digit, which would designate the LA plant. There is no way that could’ve happened.

I knew that couldn't be right. The LA plant, last year of production 1970, made an inordinate number of performance cars in high impact colors. Unfortunately no C's, I'm dreaming of of a 440-6 SFGT in purple.

Ive got a few...these are just the Washington plates/frames. I’ve got another wall with Oregon and two walls for California. Always buying frames/plates if anyone has any for sale...
