Local cruise in N.J.

For anyone interested there is a ice cream stand in Hilltop (Gloucester Township) New Jersey on the Black Horse Pike (rt 168). Last year my dad started this little event where up to 25 cars may have gathered on any Wednesday night. Its not really an organized event where they have music, trophies and give-aways. This is just a place for car people to hang out on Wednesday evenings throughout the nice weather months starting May 2nd.

Sounds very cool, all Mopar or various makes? I can do both, but its always nice to hang out with all Chrysler people.
 
Do you have a street address to put in the GPS? I might check it out if it isn't too far.

There's a cruise in the Lowe's parking lot at Abingdon, Md every Friday night. 200+ cars on nice nights.

All makes and no year cut off. Last year we had a few new Challangers and Mustangs come in. Nice little place that shares their parking lot for as long as you want to hang out.
 
What time frame does the cruise meet on Wednesday's? 5pm -10pm?

Google Earth sez that's only and hour and few minutes from my door step to there....AND 200 cars all hanging out. I think maybe at least one time this spring or summer I may go and check it out.

Last years participants arrived after 5:30 and stayed until about 9:30 on the nicest of evenings.

Did you get a chance to get the address yet? The first cruise is May 2nd?
 
Thank You. It's a little more than an hour from me. I'll be there as long as the weather is good (no wiper cam) and nothing else comes up. Besides, I love ice cream!!!

Nice! I figure there may only be a few cars for the first few weeks. It may not be worth it for you to drive an hour and only see a few cars turn out.
Its interesting to see some weeks only nine or ten cars show up and other weeks 25 cars wold be there and spots become a premium with no rhyme or reason....

There was a local mopar group that got together too fast and after only a few years it broke apart into little "clicks". A couple of the cars in the pics would probably not return.
 
Ok great. Let me know when attendance picks up and I'll cruise on up.
 
Dont let me hold you back they'll need all they can get. I just dont want you to be disappointed....
 
That's cool. If the weather is ok, I'll probably cruise on up. I'm still running small trips to see if the 15.58 mpg ocean cruise is the real average mpg.
 
Wensday is a work/school day in my household and I'm usually not out late for obvious reasons; but I think it might be fun to have a look see. If the weather holds...

I almost never go out after work but since my dad has somehow gotten this thing rolling I feel I need to show up now and then.
