Anyone know where I should look to locate the power window relay for my 70 Polara? Neither power window switch works at this time, friend told me to find and check relay.

Check behind the kick plate on the driver side, might want to check fuses or circuit breaker first. Mopar feeds the rest of the power windows off the master switch on the driver's door, so if there is not power to that switch, none of the windows will work. The cable feeding the switch sometimes breaks off wires from the door opening and closing, so your problem could also be there.

The relay itself is located on the fuse block next to the horn relay. Take a look at the wiring diagrams in your FSM and you'll see it.

The way it works is to supply power to the entire system when the key is on. I kinda doubt that's the issue, but it's worth a check.

The other three windows work fine.

If the rest of the windows work, it is not the relay. You either have a bad switch to the driver side motor or a bad or jammed motor.

Then it's definitely not the relay.

The relay feeds the entire system. Go to the FSM and there's a good procedure to check the electrical feed and switch.

To clarify, neither switch for the passenger side rear window works.

    Thank you for your help.

IIRC, a bad switch on either position can cause that... or bad motor etc.
