Guys
Does anyone have one of these kits for sale or know where i can get one? None of the major supply houses, amazon or ebay have one. Discontinued by Mallory. Thanks for any help.

If you're looking for the keys to adjust the mechanical advance travel on Mallory/Accel distributors, the approximate formula is every 2° = 0.015". Figure out how many degrees of mechanical travel you want and use a couple drill bits of the closest size in the slots.

I also found a thread on another forum where someone measured his set of Mallory keys and determined the closest numbered drill bit to substitute:
14° = .130” or 3.3mm or #30 drill
16° = .149” or #25 drill
18° = .167” or #19 drill
20° = .184” or #13 drill
22° = .202” or #7 drill
24° = .225” or 5.7mm or #1 drill
26° = .240” or 6.1mm or B drill
28° = .260” or 6.6 mm or G drill

If you need springs look at Mr.Gasket #928G. That has 3 pairs of springs as follows:
Springs are color coded as follows:
Light Springs - Black
Medium Springs - Silver
Heavy Springs - Gold

You should be able to mix-and-match the springs to fine-tune further.
