I can ship, just message me with your info and I can get a quote over to you. All tail lights are complete with lenses, bezels and housings etc. All will need some kind of cleaning or polishing. The 72 Polara Lens is for the driver's side. Sorry I forgot to mention that. Not sure if it's the same as the Monaco. Let me know if you need measurements.
