I take it this wasn't something you needed or wanted with your parts?

It was part of a group buy, got several washer tanks, rear bumper, dual power seat assemblies and some small 69 300 parts that were needed.
Thanks for all the input on this

I thought maybe the very first air bag because it kind of looks like the mother in law - dedoosh.
So is the wrapping to keep the device quiet during operation or warm in the colder regions?
