Can't help you with the engine run stand but here is how to post in the forums. You have to be in the forum that you want to post to. You were in one of the "C Body Mopars For Sale" forum when you clicked "New Post"

1. Go to Forums:

2: Look for the appropriate category/forum to post in, ie. General Information; C-Body Models; etc.: you can see at the top which forum category you're in, ie. Home > Forums > etc..

Well done Shooter!
A local engine builder might have a dynamometer but you’ll be paying them to run it for you. I think the likelihood that a hobbyist will have one to loan out would be slim.

I could refer you to a shop in Old Saybrook that would run the engine on their test stand for you but I don't know of anyone how has one to rent.
