New P/N 4111150 4 pin believe they are for the later slants, but good for up to 6000 RPM Asking 28 ea (32 shipped lower 5). All are tested on a Tetronixs tester (same as the old parts stores used)

I have seen orange "ECU's", blue ones, and now you describe a black one. what are the differences other than color?

Different RPM Ratings, most black are 5 pins for the 72 usually.
