No zert on new pitman arm?

I recently got a new pitman arm from Rare Parts (via NAPA) and it doesn't have provisions for a zert fitting on the center link end.

Is this normal? Should I pack it first, that still will not get into the ball socket?

could install your own..drill and tap..planned obselesence....having same issues with my 07 dodge 3500 and 14 skidoo lacking zerts..
my 07 ram has a oem grease point on the front driveshaft that most Chrysler techs know nada about and is about impossible to see...actually hada send them a link to show them where it was..they didn't have a clue.....

Drill it with some grease on bit to trap shavings tap and install zerk.
