its 4" longer than a 69 town & country but a 73 town & country is 1" longer because of the the bumper boobs !

Once again..... the seller has done little actual work, yet is dreaming on price...……. Fleetwoods are the longer Cad wheel base, which is definitely longer than a comparable C-body, but not by a lot...…. maybe a few of these were built as "civilian" wagons as opposed to hearse/ambulances. Definitely some rust in the rear quarters, not sure about the rest. Interesting car......

One paint job away from being a hearse.

The commercial chassis was 156 inch wheel base , these where around 133. So if you want a big wagon get one like this. This is a combination , can be used as a hearse or ambulance .

That wagon is probably not based on a commercial chassis although the rear doors do look longer than a stock Fleetwood. More likely is that it was custom made by a coachbuilder or body shop by grafting a contemporary wagon rear body onto a sedan. The factory never built wagons but a lot were done as custom builds over many years. I used to own this 1979 Fleetwood Brougham wagon conversion, always sorry I sold it.
