FUSELAGE! Tempting! are those TX9 Headrests factory stock? My sold ‘70 300 has the space age B Body style headrests- never seen that chunky but cool square style . . .

I've wondered about that too. Most car's I've seen of this era with buckets, have the smaller headrests, with the chrome ring. My '70 Newport convertible has the larger one's like this car. The texture of the vinyl matches the seat upholstery, so I believe they are original. I've seen them on a few other's as well.

Looks like some hi-po exhaust manifolds...anyone see a reason why it couldn't be a legit TNT 440?

Those are HP manifolds, they look like earlier one's though. I can almost make out the tag on my phone, but can't. The blue paint wouldn't be correct for a TNT, although it does look kind of fresh. Earlier unsilenced air cleaner, double pumper carb (with three feet of rubber hose, and hanging on the valve cover), MSD ignition. Lots of messing around in there. This car has potential! Let's pray it doesn't become a "crazy rat rod".

Couple of hours from me.
I've asked for details. FT and BS. Titled?
Doesn't appear to be much rust on this car.
However, aren't all these interior parts super difficult to acquire?

Reclining seat! I don't know if I've ever seen that option.

No, those are probably bench seat headrests.

Those headrests only were used on the optional cloth and vinyl bucket seat interiors on the Chrysler 300 series in 1970. With that option a passenger seat backrest recliner was standard too, which is visible given the recliner handle near the bottom of the seatback from the interior photo with the passenger door open. The seats currently, however, look like the vinyl only . The cloth and vinyl option also was only available in beige, not black. Has a fairly rare console too.................

In trying to enlarge the photo of the body code plate, it is very hard to read the engine code and VIN but I would estimate the engine code looks like E86 and not E85 and the VIN seems to look more like CM23U0C................ more than T0C but I could be wrong. That seems like a pretty desirable car if someone wanted to restore it and if the engine is indeed the original one and also a TNT.

If all checks out, the price is reasonable.............................even has road wheels albeit with the incorrect center caps.
