UPDATE; Yes I stated, I am talking to the owner, yes there is rust in the quarters, yes I have a price and am going to look at it the beginning of next week. There is a 90% chance at this point it will come home with me.

I got my Monaco from North Dakota and it was pretty clean just a little rust on the bottom rear quarters. Floors and frames are usually good on cars from that part of the country.
