I'm not sure if this-one was posted here already. Spoke to the guy and he really want's the car out of his backyard. He would sell it for 150 usd.....
Looks like it has some usable parts on it.

Chatted with the seller.
He isn’t sure if it has a title.
He also said that it’s too rusted underneath. From the pictures, it looks like some of the skin is decent.
