PCV grommet needed

I'm trying to find a part number for a PCV grommet that will fit my application. I have the 1/2" ID PCV valve and aftermarket valve covers with a 1.25" hole. I can find part numbers all day long, but not dimensions. Can anyone help? Should I just switch out my original PCV valve for the new 3/4" plastic ones?

I think I found one that will fit...ordered it and another PCV valve from amazon. $5 for both...will see if they work. If they dont then I will convert to the newer larger PCV.

Got it sorted out. New style pc valve and Mr gasket grommet worked fine.
