That is a nice matching couple!
The T&C is/was for sale; my guess is that the Newport belongs to forum member Sean (Chrysler family cars CZ), following up on my post in this thread:

WANTED - 1969-7972 Chrysler Town & Country Wagon

That was quite a trip for the Newport; like 1500 miles or so (one way). :steering:

Pics of my 70 imperial lebaron. Got it up and running after sitting in a garage Since 1979. Last pics is one I edited to look vintage in my driveway.

Going back in time to 2001 -- look past the forward look, and isn't it @JPMODL's Molara (then under prior ownership) in the background at Carlisle (identification courtesy @71Polara383 -- @polara71 was there, I believe?):

Not to be confused with this other red 1969 or 1970 Polara 'vert seen in 2004:

On the other hand, there can be no doubt that this is @Jon Tessier's 1970 Polara in 2003:

More recently, here is (unless I am mistaken) the T-code 'vert that @mdh157 bought and sold a few years back and is now with @Jussi in Finland (posted on p.38 of this thread):

But arguably one of the most famous Polara convertibles' pics was taken at Moparfest in 2004 -- Flickr post courtesy of @Fratzog (second from left, with @Jon Tessier on the left, @polara71 in the middle, PT (from Canada) next to Polara Dave, and @My70monaco on the right:

PT is Peter Thielman of Napanee which is just up the road from me.
He has had health issues but still in great spirits. He still has his Polara vert.

Continuing with 1970 Polara 'verts at Carlisle, here are some more shots taken by Paul Baltze over the years. Mr. Baltze, whom I have not (yet) had the pleasure to meet, takes nice photos and knows his C-bodies too.

Here is, in 2013, an N-code EB3 that used to be owned by Don F. (Yahoo Board) but is now in Europe:

Next is @polara71 's Adleen:

I believe the 2016 picture below again shows PT's G-code, parked next to Polara Dave's blue 1971 Polara Brougham:

And finally here is a photo of Poppy, my G-code 'vert, at the first Carlisle show I attended. I think this was her first Carlisle too, as her second owner had parked her from 1985 till March of 2018 (when I bought her and got her spruced back in up for Carlisle):
