On my 74 Fury I have two intact headlight bezels, but the finish is shot. Should I keep trolling ebay for ones in better shape or is there somewhere I can send them to get refinished?

Personally , I would refinish the ones you have..
Remove them from the car, mask the chrome edges, scuff with 3M scotchpad and paint the bezel area Argent silver to match the grille.
You can use chrome metal foil from a hobby shop to redo the outer edges of the bezels.
Will look brand new.
The beauty of C body trim parts....use what you got!!

Look for a local vacuum metalizer in your area. Plastic chrome plating is a tricky business. Three places listed on Yellowpages near Atlanta - I did not check any of these companies out, so I don't know if they do what's needed, but their companies are listed under Vacuum Metalizing. it's up to you to do your due diligence in seeing if their services are what you need, AND the reviews for their services:

1. Vacumet

Thanks for the input. I may try the DIY route on a junk part and see how that goes, plus do some research on the professional route.

Here's another option:

There's also a different company with a very similar product. Spectra Chrome, or something like that.
