Posting for a friend. He's in need of the "H"grille letter, picture for reference.

If you can’t find the letter H , what I would do is have the letter laser cut or water jet cut out of stainless steel the same thickness as your letter. You can spot weld any grill mounts you need onto the back of it. You can then polish the letter to the same lustre as the original letters. With some careful grinding and filing then a polish it would be a good second choice.
