WAY TAH GO PAL. Just make sure everything passes the revised secdual of inspection before closing. See, you didn't have to squeeze too hard at all didjah, lol. I'm happy for you both, JerSorry for not posting, but I had the sneaking suspicion that the sellers were possibly seeing the posts somehow. Didn’t want to take any chances souring the deal, so been keeping off the horn. You never know...
However, I do believe we are good now. We are all in the clear! Should be moving in hopefully the end of this month. Seller agreed to the repairs. The appraisal finally came back. It appraised for $900 less then asking/our bid. They came down the $900 for the loan approval.
All paperwork is finally done, and no more hurdles to jump through. All we are waiting for is the repairs to be done, and the closing date (march 30th). Our realtor said the sellers were eager to move on, so hopefully that means repairs will be done asap, and the closing date doesnt change.
I’ve been trying to get the d300 ready asap, so we can use it for the move with a trailer.
