Any solution to cut down the power steering squeal on my 1965 New Yorker?
 
Read the FSM on how to properly adjust the belt tension. A lot of the time the rubber bushings on the mount have failed and this causes the pump to run out of line .

Proper adjustment of the bracket is needed. Here's a great video by Bob Merritt. Bob isn't this exciting in person.
