The tabs on the back like to break on these...but they can still be made to work even if the tabs are gone. In the past I've had success using self adhesive Velcro, believe it or not.

Hopefully this will increase the available pool of replacement sources for you.

 

Mr. C, how do those come out? I’ve looked and looked and figure out how to pull them. I’ll need to replace mine as well when I install my new bumper..

 

It's best to pull the reinforcement from the bumper and push them out from behind. Otherwise gently pry.
The tabs will probably break anyway...they'll be super-brittle.

I haven't given up, but we needed a few more folks willing to spread the cost. I'm still putting a care package together for @Zymurgy to play with in the off season at his convenience
