Removing the dash pad on a 1963 New Yorker

I need to replace the front dash pad on my 1963 New Yorker it is in bad shape. How hard is it to just remove the pad?

ABC in Kingman has some utubes on how to yank a 69 pad might have some for yours. Bob shows how to pull it without yanking the windshield. It’s black magic until you see his tricks.
